1. Payment Partnership & Operations:

• Prepare and manage necessary documents for payment procurement and contractual matters; ensure timely renewal of contracts.
• Collaborate with payment gateways to streamline communication for promotion campaigns.
• Oversee monthly reconciliations with payment vendors, ensuring discrepancies are addressed and resolved.
• Handle payment refunds and cancellations as per requests, ensuring smooth coordination with vendors, users, and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with payment gateways and internal teams to identify and mitigate issues, including system bugs and potential frauds.

2. Product Operations & Analysis:

• Facilitate communications and manage back-end tools, including GTM, campaigns, and GAM.
• Develop and distribute user manuals and documentation for new product or feature releases.
• Oversee the creation, review, and approval of promotion campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support payment aspects of VIP customer promotions and other marketing initiatives.
• Analyze payment coverage to identify potential gaps or inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
